1. Personal accountability. This is a simple principle. If you say your are going to do something do it. Your word is your bond. If you can’t keep your commitment explain why. The truth is much of what we do is built on trust. Trust is built by doing what we say we will do.
2. Willingness to assist- I know at some point in your life you have been at a business and was made to feel like you were more of an intrusion than a person of value. How did you feel? Your goal is to make sure your success line understands you are there for them and are willing to help when needed.
3. Respect your success partner’s time and decision making capacity. If you are conduct a meeting make sure the content is valuable and keep it to the point. Also be willing to accept input and suggestions from others. Never be too critical of an idea or suggestion just because you haven’t tried it before. Be open and respect what others have to input.
A business is built with a series of small steps. Make sure your are making steps everyday.
To your Success,
